In terms of liquid capabilities, Waterloo Brewing is a licensed manufacturer of all alcohol types including: beer and beer based beverages, malt based beverages, wine based beverages, cider based beverages and spirit based beverages. In terms of liquid flexibility, we are able to produce both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, tunnel pasteurization, tea-based beverages and flavoured seltzers. We can also produce non-alcoholic products such as de-alcoholised beer, wine and cider.
Our flexible canning operations include two can filling lines, providing several options. We are able to can 355ml cans, 473ml cans and 355ml sleek cans. After products are canned, we provide several different packaging configurations to have your product packaged just how you like it.
Our flexible bottle filling includes both returnable and non-returnable bottles at 341ml and 355ml bottle formats. Bottle washing or bottle rinsing is also available. Additionally, keg filling and washing is available for several different sized kegs, up to 50L.
Quality and food safety is of the utmost importance at Waterloo Brewing. Since 2011, Waterloo Brewing has certified its operations and processes against the Global Food Safety Standard and has received an A-rating – the highest grade level rating available under the standard – for all ten years that it has been certified.
